Dr. David was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is a third generation Dentist. He received his doctorate in 1995 at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a general practice residency at the V.A. Hospital in Houston in 1996. Dr. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. After associating for two years in the Denver Metro area, Dr. Wertz started a private practice in October of 1998. The practice serves the Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Longmont, Erie and Boulder area. Dr. Wertz is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Boulder County Dental Society as well as the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and the Louisville Downtown Businesses Association.
