Debbie grew up in University Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. She has been practicing in various dental offices since receiving her Dental Hygiene degree from Prairie State College in 1978. Thirteen of these years were spent in the periodontal field of Dental Hygiene. Debbie relocated to Colorado in 1982 and has been residing in Boulder where she met her husband, James. They have three adult children, and enjoy involvement with their church family, walking, hiking, and traveling.
